Digital Marketing Excellence without the Corporate Red Tape

Our Services

We offer a number of different digital marketing services, and this is certainly not an exhaustive list. Let us know what your needs are, and we can discuss a strategy that feels right for your goals.

Website Design

There is absolutely no doubt that in this day and age, if you want to have a business, no matter how large or small, you need a website. People don’t turn to the “yellow pages” anymore when they need a product or service, they search online and look at websites that can solve their problems quickly and easily.

So the bigger question becomes, how do you make your website stand out from the crowd, AND get picked up not only by the traditional search engines, like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc., but also the new AI driven engines?

It’s an incredibly valid question that cannot be answered in a single sentence. It requires a discussion about your business’s needs and wants, functionality, e-commerce options, and what exactly makes you stand out from the rest.

It’s YOUR website, so it needs to represent YOU, not just in words, but in tone, style, and the feel of the website.

And of course be crazy fast, functional across all devices, and provide the best experience for your users (we call that UX).

Website Management

There are a lot of businesses out there that brag about how fast you can get a website online. That’s nice. What about maintaining it? Google puts out new algorithms multiple times a year that require adjustments behind the scenes. You also need to be providing regular, fresh content for the users and for the search engines to pick up on.

Because truly – what good is a website if you’re not giving people a reason to go there? If there’s nothing new for someone to read about, why would the search engines recommend it? (Easy answer is – they won’t.)

Website management can mean something as simple as adding new employee pictures to your team page, to new services, videos, downloadable documents, and so much more.

Websites are NOT a “set it and forget it” type of marketing. They require constant updating, monitoring, and changing to keep up with not only your competition, but also to keep people’s interest.

Think about the last time that you searched for something on your phone. If you came across a website that didn’t load fast enough, or that you had to pinch and drag to read, or that made you click 7 different things to get where you needed to be, you probably gave up and went to another site.

According to the Nielsen Group (the people who do all the surveys) the average person will decide whether to stay on a website or leave in less than 8-10 seconds. That’s a CRAZY small amount of time to get your foot in the door.

SEO and AIO

Ahh, the acronyms. This is where we get into the real data behind the scenes on the website. SEO is Search Engine Optimization – all the ways that your site talks to Google and the search engines from the back end. SEO work also never stops – there’s always a new algorithm to adjust for or something to improve.

SEO services include things like schema markup, llms.txt initiation, proper meta titles and meta descriptions, speed optimizations, and telling Google specifically which pages to read (index) and why. If that sentence made absolutely no sense to you, that’s ok. That’s why we’re here.

Without SEO, your website is just one more needle in the haystack. With proper SEO optimization, that needle has a giant blinking searchlight on it.

In fact, Jackie used to TEACH SEO through an online program for non-traditional college students through the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has a fantastic way of explaining concepts like SEO, AIO (which starts with great SEO) and the latest industry changes through analogies, story-telling, and even action figures when needed. Sometimes that is exactly what is needed to get these concepts to really stick and explain their importance in the realm of search-ability and pleasing the algorithms, while still creating a great user experience.

SEO and AIO (which is the way that we talk to the AI search engines) are things that take time to develop – it’s not a flick of the switch and suddenly your website is at the very top of page one. BUT what’s great about SEO is that its all MEASURABLE. Monthly interactive reports are created showing you how people are finding your site, what they’re doing while they’re on it, and which methods of marketing are getting you the most bang for your buck (ROI). These metrics involve access to your Google Analytics account and your Google Search Console account, so be sure to figure out what members of your staff have the access level to add new admins.

And if you don’t have Google Analytics or Search Console on your site right now? That’s ok, we can add it and start tracking data from this point forward. But it does make you wonder what you were paying for from the other guy?

All SEO clients also have full approval of all website updates, down to changes to the meta descriptions and image alt-texts, and receive a transparency report of all actions taken every single month.

Content Development

The way that you explain things to a potential client or a colleague is completely different on your website vs, say, on your Facebook Business Page or your LinkedIn page. These are completely different audiences at different stages of the buying cycle and need to be talked to appropriately to fit that moment.

After all, you wouldn’t explain your favorite movie to your tax accountant the way you would to your brother.  (unless your brother IS your accountant and then you’re just super lucky.)

Our approach to content writing is original, understanding the audience and the timing, and making sure that it still sounds like YOU. We don’t just plop things into AI and hope for the best. This information is important for you to get out to the world, so we want to make sure that it’s understandable, searchable, and shareable.

Out of the hundreds of different factors Google takes into consideration for bringing up your site in the search results, one of the biggest is how relevant and fresh your content is. They also look at how often you post on Facebook and respond to messages / interact with people.

Whether your website is delving into the significance of Caesar’s crossing of the Rubicon, explaining the latest in stem cell therapies, promoting an independent film, or creating fan art based on favorite 80’s and 90’s characters, we will do the proper research on every topic. You always here that there are no second chances to make a first impression. If the content on your website is that first impression, we want it to be absolutely the best explanation of your product or services possible. NO CONTENT will be implemented on your website without your expressed written approval of drafts, and we do not put a cap on the number of content edits.

Because as we said before, the website represents YOU. It needs to sound like you, feel like you, and have the most correct information possible. This is one of the many reasons that we only use AI as a tool in the toolbox, and not the whole toolbox. Human intuition and understanding is still needed to express things correctly.

And don’t forget, content development is also vital for social media as well. We can help to write a schedule of social media posts that people will actually want to interact with. We can also assist with social media profile optimization, including making sure that your Google Business Profile is as correct as possible. Review management is also an incredibly important part of digital marketing, and on the off chance you did receive a negative review, we can help you prepare a response that is polite, HIPAA compliant, and doesn’t get you thrown in proverbial Facebook jail.

That is certainly not ALL that we can do.

The landscape of the digital marketing world is changing every single day. We will continue to change and adapt with it, adding new services and techniques as the need arises. Rest assured, we will stay on the top of the needs of our clients, delivering only services that will help their marketing and not waste their time or resources.

Because remember, putting on your armor means adapting to whatever changes come next.
