Human Intelligence
Everywhere we look, AI is taking over more and more duties left and right. We’re seeing big corporations laying off people by the hundreds in order to “save costs” and invest in the newest AI technology.
Maybe it’s because we’re control freaks, or maybe it’s because we grew up in the age of movies like Terminator 2, but some of us aren’t ready to throw away the skills that we learned over the years and just “trust” a virtual tech to do things correctly.
Don't forget, it was only a few months back that AI was suggesting that people add glue to their mac and cheese to thicken it up.
Now, we’re not saying that there’s going to be a “Judgement Day” and the robots are going to take over and dominate the world. And if they do, we’re stating here and now that we’re super nice people who do not deserve to be crushed like ants.
Is AI a valuable resource? Absolutely. Does it help to simplify calculating spreadsheets and running analyses? Of course. But we’re not going to rely exclusively on this technology that is not only still in the “learning phase” but also cannot be fully explained by it’s own owners and developers.
We will continue to work as diligently and thoroughly as we have always done, doing the proper research, testing, writing, and coding in order to deliver the best possible services to our clients. We will never just accept what everyone else is doing “because it’s faster” when it might not be in the best interest of your business. Because that’s what it’s all about, after all?
